Simple, transparent pricing.

EventXplore is free for everyone to browse, RSVP, and join groups. Organisers who run their community here can upgrade for additional features. All prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Current pricing status — free for all users.
EventXplore is currently free for all users. No card or UPI mandate is debited for any tier. When we introduce paid billing, every user will receive a free-access period based on when they joined, as set out in Privacy Policy §16:

Joined before 1 July 2026 — 12 months free from billing start date
Joined 1 July – 30 September 2026 — 6 months free from billing start date
Joined after 30 September 2026 — 3 months free from billing start date

We will notify all users at least 30 days before paid billing begins, via in-app notification AND email. The prices below apply only after a user's free-access period expires. You may cancel any time from Profile → Settings → Subscription → Cancel.

Launch promo — 60 days of Gold features, free

Every user who signs up on or before 30 June 2026 (23:59 UTC) automatically gets 60 days of Gold-tier features for free, courtesy of the LAUNCH_GOLD_JUN_2026 coupon. This is a feature unlock only — no billing happens during this period, no card or UPI mandate is taken, and there is nothing to cancel.

Paid-event ticket collection is excluded from the launch promo (it always requires a real paid subscription so we don't subsidise Razorpay gateway fees for anyone).

Signing up on or after 1 July 2026? The launch coupon will have expired and the standard auto-downgrade in the table below applies instead.

None of the above involves billing while paid plans are inactive. Once paid billing goes live, the free-access periods in Privacy Policy §16 apply on top, based on each user's signup date.

Paid-event fees

When your event sells tickets, EventXplore charges a platform service fee on each successful transaction. Razorpay's payment-gateway fee is separate and is set by Razorpay.

Both fees are deducted from the gross payment automatically. The remainder is settled to your bank account on a T+3 basis via Razorpay.

Paid-event collection is not yet live. When it does launch, RBI / payment-aggregator KYC rules will require a one-time identity verification step. The accepted documents are expected to be any one of Aadhaar via DigiLocker / authorised aggregator, PAN, Driving Licence, Passport, or Voter ID at your choice — but the exact provider and document list will be disclosed in Privacy Policy §6 and Terms §8 at least 14 days before any verification is required. Today, the only identity check is email-address verification through your sign-in provider.

How to upgrade

Paid billing is not currently active. No card or UPI mandate is taken from any user today. The instructions below describe the upgrade flow as it will operate once paid billing is enabled, which will happen no sooner than the Privacy §16 30-day advance notice.

Open the app → Profile → Settings → Subscription → Upgrade. Choose Silver or Gold and complete the Razorpay checkout. Payment options: UPI, UPI Autopay (for recurring), credit / debit card, net banking, and major wallets.

Auto-renewal is on by default for any active paid subscription. Cancel any time from Profile → Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals — your tier stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Coupons & team plans

If you're an active community organiser and your group genuinely needs a longer free runway, we may extend it via a coupon. Email krishnavijayaram@gmail.com with a short description of your community, what you organise, and roughly how many people you reach. We respond within 2 business days.

A coupon can be redeemed once per user. Coupon-granted tiers expire after the stated duration. They don't unlock paid-event collection (we don't subsidise gateway fees) but they do unlock every other feature in the granted tier.

Refunds & cancellation

Full refund within 7 days of first subscription purchase, no questions asked, if you haven't used a paid-tier feature. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details — including the rules for paid-event ticket refunds.

Taxes

All prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. EventXplore is currently not registered for GST as turnover is below the statutory threshold (₹20 lakh for services). Once registration is required, prices will continue to be displayed inclusive of tax and you will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
