Grievance Officer
In accordance with Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, EventXplore has designated a Grievance Officer to receive and resolve user complaints.

What to Include in a Grievance
- Your full name and the email address on your EventXplore account
- The nature of the complaint (in your own words is fine — please be specific)
- Links, screenshots, or message IDs where relevant
- If you are reporting content posted by someone else, the user's name or username and the event / group / comment in question
- If you are reporting a copyright or trademark infringement, a statement that you are the rights-holder (or authorised to act on their behalf) and a brief description of the infringed work
- Your contact phone number (optional, for faster follow-up)

Refund queries
Subject: "Refund Request – <Event Name or Subscription>" — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Account deletion
You can delete your account directly from Profile → Delete Account in the app. If you cannot access the app, email us with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Report inappropriate content or user
From within the app, tap the three-dot menu on any event, group, comment, or profile and choose Report. This is the fastest route. If the content is illegal or urgent, also email the Grievance Officer.
Law-enforcement requests
Government agencies and courts may serve preservation, disclosure, or takedown requests at the Grievance Officer email above. Please include the relevant statute, the legal authority, and a clear identifier of the data or content. We comply with valid orders within the timelines required by law.
Security vulnerability reports
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to krishnavijayaram@gmail.com with the subject line "Security Report". Please give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before public disclosure. We do not have a paid bug-bounty programme at this time but will publicly thank responsible reporters with their consent.
