You Belong Here: A Student Workshop creates a supportive, reflective space for Black and African students to explore belonging, build confidence, and strengthen connections across campus. Through guided conversation, small-group reflection, and brief skills practice, participants will surface common experiences of self-doubt and imposter feelings while recognizing the accomplishments and resilience that brought them to Stanford. Facilitators will introduce practical strategies for reframing negative self-talk, celebrating milestones, and cultivating peer networks that sustain academic and pers
