The Friendships We Hold: A Women-only Sunset Journalling Retreat & Deep Stretch Flow

🕊️ Who we are Screaming Pigeons curates intimate gatherings for women in their 20s and 30s in Singapore who believe female friendships hold something magical. 🌅🌿 About this event Join 10 women in their 20s & 30s for an intimate evening combining guided reflection on female friendship with a beginner-friendly 50-minute Sunset Detox Yoga Flow, a collaboration with OMA Studio. We'll start by putting our phones away, grabbing our journals, and slowing down together on a rooftop at sunset. Through guided prompts and conversation, we'll reflect on: What do healthy female friendships look and feel like to you at this stage of your life? What emotions, expectations or old friendship experiences might you still be carrying? What kind of friend do you want to be, and what kind of friendships do you want to make more room for? Then, we'll take that intention out of our heads and into our bodies. You'll be guided through a gentle 50-minute detox yoga flow designed to stretch, release tension and help your nervous system settle after a long week. No yoga experience needed. We'll end slowly, with time to enjoy an iced drink, chat and connect with the women you've spent the evening with. 🤍You'll leave with: a clearer understanding of what safe, reciprocal and nourishing female friendship looks like for you an intention for how you want to show up in your friendships moving forward meaningful conversation with women who also prioritise healthy female friendship a 50-minute guided Deep Stretch Flow to slow down, detox and embody your intention a Postcard to a Pigeon, handwritten for you by another woman in the room an iced cold drink to enjoy as we wind down together 💐 Before you join us Come with curiosity. Be generous in how you listen. You never have to share anything you don't feel comfortable sharing, but we ask everyone to be present and engaged with the experience and with one another. 🌼 Good to know Our events are intentionally kept small, so please only register if you're able to attend. If your plans change, we'd really appreciate a heads-up! Only cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. 🌙 A last note By attending, you acknowledge that you're participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own health and wellbeing throughout the session.
