We’ll spend two hours on the courts with the Kitchen Club community — moving, playing, connecting and enjoying a little friendly competition. As part of the morning, Sarah will lead us through a grounding yoga + stretch flow, giving us space to breathe, move with intention and reset — the perfect complement to our time on the court.
