Fundamentals of Customer Discovery

Learning who your customer is and how your idea serves them is a crucial first step in launching your venture. Customer discovery is the foundation of evidence-based entrepreneurship. This workshop ties all of the previous lessons learned and teaches students how to validate or invalidate assumptions by conducting structured interviews with potential customers.
