What is a Crafternoon? Crafternoon is an event where people make things side by side in a quiet relaxing afternoon, in a cafe/bar/restaurant with a tatami room. It could be drawing, painting, coloring books, knitting, journaling, writing poems, songwriting, embroidery, or anything your hands (or heart) feel like doing. The goal is to create an inclusive space, especially for neurodivergent people (specifically those with autism and/or ADHD), who enjoy what's called "parallel play," or anyone who simply likes doing something hands-on while being around others.
