Boxing Workshop by RLA

GIRLS, WE’RE INTRODUCING SOMETHING NEW 🥊 We’re teaming up with Besties Boxing for our first RLA Boxing Workshop - a women-only session to learn the basics, get moving and punch it out together! Whether you’re new to boxing or already have some experience, all levels are welcome. Learn the boxing basics, fundamental punches, partner exercises and bag work, all led by certified coaches ENG / GER ALL LEVELS · WOMEN’S GROUP · EXCLUSIVE GROUP 19:30 - 75 min Boxing gloves are available on site. If you have your own, feel free to bring them All equipment included Please bring clean indoor shoes (training in socks or barefoot is also possible) Changing rooms are available on site. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in before we start.
