It could be: Your remedy: the book that helped you when things were heavy, the one that talked you down, the comfort read that got you through something Your poison: the one that pulled you under with it, that you couldn't put down even as it wrecked you a little, the beautiful spiral Both at once: the book that hurt to read but you needed to read it anyway, the story that healed by first breaking something open Unclear which one it was: you finished it and still don't know if it helped or harmed bring that one too Any kind counts.
