Book Presentation & Discussion: Climate Change, Behaviour and Economics

Please join us for a lunchtime book presentation featuring IIEP Faculty Affiliate Steve Suranovic and Julia Wlodarczyk, Professor at the University of Economics in Katowice. Dr. Suranovic will discuss his chapter, “Fossil Fuel Usage as an Addiction: Lessons from the Campaign Against Cigarettes,” which explores parallels between fossil fuel dependence and addiction. Dr. Wlodarczyk, a co-editor of the volume, will provide a broader overview of the book and its contributions to understanding the behavioral and economic dimensions of climate change.
