SISSTA’s 55th ANNUAL CONVENTION – PRESENTATION SLOT – Reg. Season’s Greetings! We are pleased to inform that the 55th Annual Convention of SISSTA will be held on 4th & 5th September, 2026 at Chennai Trade Convention Centre, Mount Poonamallee Road, Nandambakkam, Chennai-600089, Tamil Nadu. Many well-known dignitaries from the Government and Industry will be participating in the function apart from scientists from research institutes. We are glad to inform you that for business people to promote their business, they can give presentation about their business to our delegates which will boost their business and the delegates will get the knowledge of the latest development. Presentation slot during our technical session and brochure insertion in the complimentary bag details are mentioned below: (A) Presentation Slot on 4th September, 2026: On 1st day afternoon, there is a Special Joint Session especially to give presentation by the Manufacturers and suppliers. To give a presentation slot is for 15 Minutes in this session. The tariff amount is Rs.50,000+GST 18%. (B) Presentation Slot on 5th September, 2026: Technical session will start on 2nd day and two technical sessions will simultaneously go ahead. One is for Sugarcane and another one is for Engineering, Process, By-Products and General Management Papers. To give a presentation in a suitable technical session for 10 minutes, the tariff is Rs.25,000+ GST 18%. (C) Brochure Insertion: To promote business, brochure/Catalogue of business can be inserted in the complimentary kit. Tariff is Rs. 10,000+GST 5%. Only one brochure/catalogue is allowed. Hardcopy of the brochures will be reached us on or before 20.08.2026 to SISSTA office. The slot presentation will be considered on first come first served basis.
