A leading scholar of Mexican and Latin American cultural studies\, Professor Sánchez Prado’s research spans literature\, film and media\, food studies\, and cultural theory\, with particular attention to the intersections of institutions\, aesthetics\, and ideology. He is the author of eight books\, editor or co-editor of twenty scholarly volumes\, and the author of more than 130 articles and book
